DUELMEET

Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Draft for review

These terms are an agreement between you and DuelMeet (Mark French, DuelMeet LLC being formed). By using DuelMeet you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Who can use DuelMeet

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Play fair

DuelMeet only works if the runs are real. You agree not to:

We may remove results, reset ratings, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Be decent

Team chat is for teammates. Don't post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening or illegal, and don't share other people's private information. You can report messages and block people; we review reports and may remove content or accounts. Rival chat uses pre-written messages only.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (team names, messages). You give us permission to store and show it in DuelMeet so the game works.

Connected services

DuelMeet works with Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Strava and COROS. Garmin and Garmin Connect are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries; Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc.; COROS is a trademark of COROS Wearables Inc.; Apple Health is a trademark of Apple Inc. DuelMeet is not made or endorsed by any of them. Each service's own terms apply to your account there.

Varsity subscription

Varsity, when offered, is sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel in your store settings. Prices, the free trial and what's included are shown before you buy. Money buys the right to score and cosmetics, never an edge on race day.

The game can change

DuelMeet is new and changes often: ratings, scoring, leagues and rewards may be adjusted to keep it fair and fun. We may pause or end the service; if we end it, we'll give notice in the app.

No guarantees

DuelMeet is provided "as is". Running carries health risks: listen to your body and talk to a doctor before starting a training programme. DuelMeet is a game, not medical or training advice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
