My run isn't showing up

Runs come automatically from the services you connected (Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Strava or COROS), usually within minutes of your watch syncing. Check that the run appears in that service's app first. Runs can't be added by hand. On iPhone, Garmin runs can also come through Apple Health: in the Garmin Connect app, turn on Apple Health under Connected Apps.

Why did my odds go down after a big run?

Form rewards a good week compared with your normal week, but a sudden spike (much more than usual) lowers it, to keep runners from overtraining to win. Steady beats heroic.

Why isn't my team paired?

A team needs at least 3 runners to be paired. Pairing happens every Monday, and a team that reaches 3 runners mid-week is paired within the hour, until Friday.

What is a "bot team"?

When no other team is free, you race a clearly marked bot team built to be a close match. XP and levels count in full; win rewards are a little smaller.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Team tab → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, runs, ratings and messages. See the privacy policy.

How do I report someone?

Press and hold a message in team chat to report it or block the sender. We review every report.
